If you live in Carlsbad or San Diego County—or are flying in for Women of the Channel West—here’s a curated list of activities you can enjoy before, during, and after each day of WOTC West, presented in chronological order.

Events marked with an asterisk (*) are open beyond the conference: all channel and channel-adjacent women (and those who identify with feminine energy) are welcome to those TDZ-sponsored events, regardless of whether you’re attending WOTC West or not.

  • Registration opens: Tuesday, May 12 at 12:00 PM PST
  • Day 1 kickoff: Keynote at 2:00 PM PST
  • Day 1 reception: 5:45 PM – 6:45 PM

*An Introduction to (More) Peace and Productivity

An Introduction to (More) Peace and Productivity is an exclusive, free experience designed for high-achieving women and Unconventional Growth Seekers in the channel ecosystem who are ready to be seen, selected, and have a greater impact.

If this resonates and you are ready to find a holistic, consistent solution for approaching networking and work with more calm and better results, please join us for this intimate event, limited to just 15 registrants. Consider this your invitation to stop performing and feeling anxious, recognizing that the key to unlocking true peace and productivity—that comes from dropping in and receiving answers—lies within your own body and intuition. Through a thoughtfully curated sampling of largely untapped methods—including sessions to help you embody presence for more visibility and fast-track clarity and relationships—you will find new practices for walking into any room prepared, present, calm in your own skin, and truly seen for who you are. By tuning inward, this experience is designed to bring you the outward results you desire: more visibility, deeper connections, and greater clarity and momentum. Pro tip: If you can change your flight to arrive Monday morning, you may be able to get in some spa time that afternoon or evening or even Tuesday morning if you aren’t meeting with your team or planning to check in at registration early. We usually arrive around 1pm when we don’t have meetings scheduled.

Dawn Of The Earth Tea Activation

This WOTC-sponsored event is an immersive Tea Activation led by Sepideh Eivazi, Founder, Dawn Of The Earth. 

From her Instagram, “Sepi” describes this as an immersive, sensory-driven experience that goes far beyond simply drinking tea. Rooted in her Iranian heritage and the wisdom of her grandmother, she views it as a form of “ritual tea alchemy” designed to help individuals slow down and reconnect. 

Sounds yummy, right?

Morning Walk

Kick off the day with a brisk, energizing morning walk from Omni La Costa to Batiquitos Lagoon, one of Southern California’s most beautiful coastal wetlands. According to the activities page, this experience is designed to be up‑tempo but accessible—a refreshing way to start the day strong and connect with nature.   • Time: 7:00pm
  • Location: Onsite at La Costa Resort & Spa, Bob’s Steak & Chop Shop
  • Cost: Free, by invitation only

Typical networking can feel draining, surface-level, and even opportunistic when focused on only “what you do” vs. “who you are.” Even at gatherings with a lot of feminine energy, interactions can feel rushed or transactional or even overwhelming (especially for introverts).

TDZ Creative Partners offers exclusive Yin Dinners—a judgment- and performance-free space where you can relax, recharge, and connect authentically with other channel women. This is an experience designed to normalize seeing and being seen as a whole human being with value beyond your title, allowing for sharing focused on your passions and purpose to build long-standing, sustainable professional and personal relationships.

Yoga (All Levels)

Yes, it’s early, and it’s worth it! Allison is an amazing yogini and instructor, and we always enjoy this WOTC event, even if we are sweating wine!

Allison blends gentle, grounded movement with intentionally paced stretches to support relaxation, mobility, and overall well‑being. She expertly guides beginners and experienced practitioners alike and is a joy to see practicing “off the mat” as well.

 Yep! That’s the TDZ team in the front row for this WOTC activity last year.
